These are the people in my life (I'm
the ugly one). Click on any of the images in the above applet or
read on to find out more about us.
Paul
I was born in a steelmaking town called
Ebbw Vale (in Wales) in 1966. My youth wasn't a particularly prosperous
one, in fact its probably more truthful to say that it was quite
the opposite, but I remember enjoying most of it. I guess you don't
notice what you haven't got when you're a child. I coped quite well
at school and found myself at the top of most subjects, including
sport. There seemed to be a plan emerging that involved University
at some point in the future but for reasons only a 17 year old could
know I left education (at least I thought I had) and joined the
Royal Navy. Four and a half years of schooling later I emerged as
an air engineering artificer. I reached the rank of Chief Petty
Officer. I re-started my education at 24 by attending Bournemouth
University part time and left the Navy in 1995. Five years later
I graduated with an honours degree in Computer Science. Since then
I've worked on software systems for mathematical modelling of aircraft
navigation systems, sonar simulators and communications software.
I like to keep fit and have a couple of kayaks that I occasionally
use for fun.

Emma
Emma is my eldest daughter (born 1992)
whose claim to fame is one of being born on christmas day. She has
a wicked sense of humour, loves swimming and the beach.
Sallyanne
Sallyanne is my youngest daughter (born
1997) and she is easily the most strong willed of the group (being
polite). Sallyanne loves.....things done her way. Underneath she's
a real lady and everything has to be "just so".
Lewis
My one and only son, and he's fabulous.
Loves the things most boys love like being a ruffian, being outside,
cars, tools and just about anything I get involved in. I can't wait
for him to be old enough to play rugby and go fishing.
